Individual Outreach

What is individual outreach? In our individual outreach programme we invite folks to come and share their life skills. Examples: school teachers, cooks, hotel operators, landscapers, tailors, the list is endless.

What the Center does is to arrange a placement in a local school or advertise an opportunity for Dominicans to attend the Center for the purpose of developing their skills or to learn new ones. The volunteer is then invited to offer classes in their particular skills to groups of no more than three students, be those students either child or adult.
